@coffeewaali’s Café de Olla Recipe
A fragrant, cozy, beautifully balanced Café de Olla brought to life with Georgia Grindhouse’s 404 Blend.
Supplies + Ingredients
- IMUSA Cafetera
- Georgia Grindhouse’s 404 Blend
- 4 oz. milk of your choice
- 4 small pieces of cinnamon stick
- 1 whole star anise
- 4 cloves
- 1 tsp brown sugar or piloncillo
Directions:
- Make the spiced syrup: Combine cinnamon, star anise, cloves, and sugar/piloncillo in a small pot.
- Add 4–6 oz water, heat, and simmer 3–5 minutes. Cool slightly.
- Brew coffee: Brew 404 Blend in your IMUSA Cafetera and chill.
- Assemble: Fill a glass with ice.
- Add 1–2 spoonfuls of spiced syrup. Pour in chilled coffee. Top with 4 oz milk and stir.
- Serve & Enjoy: Refreshing, aromatic, and ready to sip!
